Layette Donations (New & Used)
We always accept the following size 0-3 months layette items. Below are the components of one layette for a mom-to-be.
1 hand-knit or heavy blanket
3 receiving blankets
2 baby hooded towels
3 undershirts 0-3
3 "Onesies"0-6 months
3 pairs of socks
1 sweater
5 sleepers/nightgowns 0-6 months
2 outfits 0-6 months
2 crib sheets
3 Baby bibs
1 Diaper bag
5 Bottles
2 Pacifiers
1 of each of the following: Baby Powder, Baby wash, Baby Shampoo, BabyLotion
1 small stuffed animal or infant toy
1 item for the new mom (bedroom slippers, robe, etc.)
Possibly one large item such as a stroller, changing table, dresser, or crib (with bumper). These items can be slightly used. Please call your local center to find out which item the mom would prefer.
