Dr. Mark Conrad (right in picture above with Rev. John Ensor)

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Mark enlisted as a Navy Hospital Corpsmen in 1976. Having two tours of duty with the United States Marine Corps, Mark became qualified in combat and surgical medicine. Mark’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in History, a master’s degree in Health Services Management and most recently a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University of Virginia.

Commissioned a Naval Officer in 1989 Mark completed a total of 27 years of military service including two tours in the Persian Gulf. Primarily responsible for administrating medical healthcare facilities, Mark served onboard ships and shore facilities and was the officer-in-charge of the medical clinic at Naval Air Station, South Weymouth.

Mark has worked in many ministries including directing the “Weekend To Remember” FamilyLife marriage conference in Boston and Newport, RI for over ten years. Mark has developed ministries including The Philip Project in Massachusetts’s south coast coordinating Christian ministries to strategically impact the region for the Gospel. Mark also started a Christian leadership-consulting group, Ministry Leadership Today designed to assist Christian leaders in their own strategic intentions.

Mark and his wife Gayle have been married 26 years, have three children, Sarah 15, Anna 11 and Alex 9 and live in Fall River, MA.
